Purpose

We are a culturally-specific organization working with the Latinx community in Linn, Benton, and Lincoln Counties. We work alongside immigrants from Latin America in pursuing their social, cultural, and economic well-being. Guided by the asset-community development approach, we engage with communities and partners through participatory methodologies that build upon people’s wisdom, skills, and culture. Through our core programmatic areas -Collective Action, Connections, and Economic Inclusion- we foster strong and resilient communities.
